The Times Square Alliance wished to create refreshed branding and multi-channel messaging to expand the appeal of one of the most iconic public spaces in the world and to showcase the wide array of cultural, entertainment, retail, and culinary options Times Square offers New Yorkers and visitors from around the world.
The agency conducted an analysis of Times Square’s existing brand and researched audience insights to identify target audiences and their preferred channels of communication. GZ&A developed new core messaging, updated branding, and high-level talking points to guide refreshed marketing materials. The agency also provided strategic advice to integrate the new messaging and identity into all Alliance communications including social media and public relations.
