Overview

Daniel Wilson Productions (DWP), executive producer of the award-winning hit Hulu show “The Handmaid’s Tale,” retained Gary Zarr & Associates to help increase brand awareness and refresh the company’s social media presence leading up to the show’s premiere. DWP’s latest television success builds upon its history as an independent producer of critically acclaimed programming, including the 1990 film adaptation of “The Handmaid’s Tale” and the Peabody award-winning mini-series “Blood and Honor,” which details life in the Hitler Youth.

Strategy & Implementation

GZ&A created a strategic public relations campaign to highlight DWP’s groundbreaking work, cast light on their role in Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale, and draw attention to their other works in production. We also launched and managed DWP’s social media presence across Facebook and Twitter, and identified potential marketing opportunities for DWP properties.

Results
